How does the free trial work?+
Every new organization gets 14 days with Small Business features, no card needed. When it ends, choose a plan to keep syncing. Your mailboxes and history stay available to read and are kept for 90 days; without a plan after that they are deleted, and owners are emailed 30 and 7 days before.
What is a seat?+
A seat is a person in your organization, not an email address. One person can connect several mailboxes on one seat. Professional and Small Business are a monthly base fee plus a fee per seat; Individual is one person.
What currency, and is tax included?+
Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly. Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record, adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where it applies and sends the invoice.
Can I change plan or seats later?+
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect straight away and Paddle prorates the difference: you pay for the extra time on a higher plan, and receive a credit when you go down.
How do I cancel?+
From Settings → Billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't renewed after that.

What does Enterprise add?+
Single sign-on with your identity provider (SAML or OIDC), SCIM user provisioning, custom retention policies and priority support, on an agreement with us. Contact us.
